We want you to be happy with Piercing Studio. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Contact us at allan22roberto@gmail.com and we will help process your refund through Paddle.

After the refund window

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
