This Privacy Notice describes how Don Piercing, trading as Piercing Studio ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your personal data. Don Piercing is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.
• Customer support data: messages and attachments you send us.
• Content you upload: photos of customers' ears and catalog images you choose to add.
• Usage and telemetry: pages visited, features used, error reports.
• Device data: browser type, device identifiers, IP address.

Payment data (card number, billing address) is collected directly by our payment provider Paddle and is not stored by us.

3. How we use it and legal bases

• Provide the Service (performance of a contract): account creation, hosting your content, running the try-on and anodizing tools.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests): detect abuse, protect accounts.
• Customer support (legitimate interests / contract): responding to your requests.
• Product improvement (legitimate interests): aggregated analytics on how the Service is used.
• Legal obligations: tax, accounting, and compliance requirements.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, and error-monitoring providers acting under our instructions.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle: we use Paddle.com Market Limited to sell the Service, manage subscriptions, process payments, handle tax compliance, and issue invoices.
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting records), and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Paddle) may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
